- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, aiming for high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Oversee daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure vehicles are spotless.
- Physical Stamina: Car washing can be physically demanding, so good physical stamina is required.
- Customer Service Skills: If interacting with customers, strong customer service skills are important.
- Experience: While not always required, prior experience in car washing or detailing can be beneficial.
